The price you see on the window of the caravan includes all the items listed below at no extra cost:

• Siting of the caravan is on a gravel–based pitch.
• Each pitch is surrounded with a paved area for seating, barbeques etc.
• Your caravan is additionally secured with anchors and chains.
• Connection to 32amp electric supply and plumbing to mains water/sewerage. Includes connections and other fittings.
• Full 47kg cylinder of Propane gas, new regulator and hose.
• Gas test by CORGI registered technician, electric test and water system test.
• New LEC refrigerator. Fridge/freezer where applicable.
• 1 years Warranty (New), 3 months Warranty (Used).
• Value Added Tax.
