Fishing Lake


Our private lake offers peace and tranquility to those who enjoy fishing. Why not try your hand at sea fishing not a hundred yards away?

For those who like friendly competition, an Adult and Children’s Fishing Competition is held annually during the Summer season.

Rules of Fishing

  1. Permit Holders Only
  2. Barbless Hooks Only
  3. No Groundbait
  4. No Litter
  5. No Vehicles to the Gates
  6. 14 years & under to be accompanied by an adult
  7. No Night Fishing
  8. No Liability accepted by Seacroft Holiday Estate Limited
  9. All Keep Nets must have the ‘Waterlily᾿ Mark
  10. Un-hooking Mats Must Be Used
  11. Permits are strictly Non-transferable

Fishing Permits

  • Adults—charged at £4.00 a day or £12.00 a week.
  • Juniors—charged at £2.50 a day or £9.00 a week.

Caravan Owners can purchase Season tickets which are available at the following rates:

  • Adults—£10.00
  • Juniors—£6.00

Since 2001 Seacroft has achieved Gold in the David Bellamy Conservation Awards. The Awards , run in conjunction with the British Holiday and Home Parks Association, encourage parks to preserve and enhance the natural surroundings and features of their sites.

In 2006 Seacroft earned a prestigious Award, and was presented with the scheme’s 5 Years Commitment to Conservation Award in London.

There is an abundance of wildlife and aquatic species at Seacroft, which thrive due to our commitment to the David Bellamy Conservation Award scheme.

Recycling

All of our waste goes through a recycling process. We also try to encourage owners and visitors to be environmentallly friendly by conserving energy and resources.
