Seacroft

The Park is accessed from the main A52 road. There are no steps or barriers between the entrance and Reception.

There are no steps to access the Shop, the Club or Reception.

There are 20 steps to access the Promenade directly from the Park.

There is a disabled shower and toilet which has ramped access and is Security Code operated. The Security Code is available at Reception.

Letting Accommodation

The Retreats

These are the biggest and most spacious. Of the six, three have 3 steps into them and three have fitted ramps. Handrails are fitted to all Retreats.

The Links Caravans

These are standard manufactured caravans chosen for being spacious but not specially adapted for the disabled. They are accessed via three tread steps.

The Cedar Lodge Chalets

These are the smallest of our units and are on ground level with no steps up into the units.

Parking is available directly beside most units. There are allocated disabled bays for parking at both the Club and Reception.

General Park Accessibility

The ground is level throughout the Park. The roads feature speed bumps which are clearly marked with white lines.

There are large print menus and information available at reception and in the Information Packs in the letting accommodation.

Assistance Dogs are welcomed.

All major mobile phone networks are available.

A wheelchair is available upon request.

Task Lighting is available upon request.

We will also try to satisfy any reasonable request regarding any special needs that a customer may have. Prior notice is often very helpful in such a situation.
